Our Services
Job Work Support provides online IT job support, real-time production support, project assistance, and interview guidance for software professionals across technologies including Java, Python, DevOps, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, Automation Testing, Data Engineering, and more.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals seeking professional job support and consulting assistance. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into agreements and are using our services for lawful purposes.
Booking and Payment
- A free demo session is provided before any payment is required.
- After the demo, payment is due every 16 days from the start of work, as agreed with your consultant.
- We accept payment via GPay, Paytm, PhonePay, UPI, Bank Transfer (India), or PayPal (outside India).
- Support is offered on a monthly or half-monthly basis depending on the plan agreed upon.
Support Availability
- Our support team is generally available for up to 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, based on Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Weekend support is not standard but may be arranged for urgent deadlines at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your project and technology requirements so we can determine whether we are able to assist you effectively.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality support, Job Work Support is not responsible for any project outcomes, employment decisions, or consequences arising from the use of our services. Our role is to provide guidance and technical assistance only.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be discussed and agreed upon directly with your assigned consultant prior to the start of paid support.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
